The team here at BRS have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team.

This can be a busy and fast paced role so the ideal candidate for us will be highly organised, pro active, flexible and have good attention to detail.

An example of some of the duties you will be required to carry out are:

  1. Deal with all incoming inquires across specified platforms
  2. Conduct clerical duties, including filing and preparing documents
  3. Data entry
  4. Register candidates
  5. Processing timesheets
  6. Raising Invoices
  7. System maintenance
  8. Opening mail and distributing appropriately
  9. Make sure office supplies are stocked
