HR Advisor

BRS are excited to be working with one of the largest family owned construction companies in the UK who are now looking to add an HR advisor to their team.

As HR Advisor you will be joining the existing HR team and have your own specific area of work to manage whilst also working alongside the team to support larger HR projects.

Or ideal candidate will have:

• Strong previous experience
• Good knowledge of employment law
• Have experience in the development and implementation of policies including disciplinary and grievance, performance management, absence and redundancy
• An ability to handle difficult situations sensitively
• Strong organisation skills and be able to manage own workload
• Some experience in a similar industry would be advantageous
