BRS are seeking an experienced Transport Administrator for one of the UK’s largest logistical companies.

Based in Cumbernauld, you will work 4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm.

With multiple drivers going out across each day, you will be a highly organised and accurate Administrator, able to work under pressure to deadlines with strong Transport experience.

Your duties will include:

• Driver de-briefs
• Route planning & allocation
• Route tracking
• Defects/Returns
• Liaising with Driver & Clients via telephone and email

You must be able to demonstrate:

• Strong Microsoft skills, particularly Excel
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Attention to detail
• Proven experience in transport administration

Due to location & start times, own transport is essential.
