Timber Operative

BRS are looking for production operatives to join our new client based on the outskirts of Stirling/Falkirk, working on timber sheets and kits.

Due to location, own transport is essential.

You will be working on commercial and residential timber kits for clients & customers across Scotland, which will involve bench work, working from drawings with measurements as well as supporting machinists where required. You will also be required to assist with general warehouse work as well as keeping the place tidy and materials organised.

We are looking for someone with:

· Previous experience in a similar role or in joinery

· Able to read and understand drawings

· Comfortable working with machinery and heavy power tools

· Comfortable working with measurements

Due to location, own transport is essential. Our client is looking to bring people on board long term and offer them training and development, including potential forklift licences.
